A QR code needs room. Pick a sheet where the code can be big enough to scan, and leave space around it:
| Sheet | Size | Labels per sheet | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Avery® 22806 | 2" × 2" | 12 | Square codes for products |
| Avery® 22807 | 2" round | 12 | Round stickers with a small code |
| SheetLabels SL1093 | 3" × 3" | 6 | Larger codes for shelves and bins |
| Avery® 5160 | 1" × 2⅝" | 30 | Short codes with a short name |
| Avery® 5163 | 2" × 4" | 10 | A code with a text label beside it |
As a rule of thumb, keep QR codes at least about ¾ inch (2 cm) wide. A smaller code can be hard for a phone to read. For the same reason, short links scan more easily than long ones.
A QR code holds the text in its column. A web link opens in the phone's browser. A note such as "Wi-Fi: Home, password 1234" is shown as text, so it does not join a phone to a network by itself. Use QR codes for links, product pages and inventory IDs. If your system needs a number that a shop scanner reads, use barcode labels instead.

A QR code can hold text or a web link. Put the link or the text in one column of your list, and LabelPeel makes a code for each row.
As a rule of thumb, keep the code at least about ¾ inch (2 cm) wide. Test-scan a printed label with your phone before you print the full sheet.
The code may be too small, too blurry or too close to the edge. Print at the best quality your printer allows, do not shrink the code, and keep a white margin around it.
Yes. Put the same link in every row of your list, and each label will show the same code.
